Halloween

Halloween is fast approaching. I'm trying to think of things to do with the kids.

So far I've thought about a costume contest, pumkin carving/decorating, bobbing for apples, making masks, and the guess-how-many-candies-are-in-the-jar game.

If someone out there has any other suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.

Also, I'd really like to hear suggestions for costumes!!!!!

In other news, I've found the latest article about me from the local newspaper. It's basically just the voice-over script from their TV piece. Here it is (in romanian)

A suggestion is to just ask to borrow stuff, or purchase in expensive funny stuff, like wigs, and funny hats, capes, face paint, hoods, something will inspire you. My thought would be to borrow a black suit and hat, wear sunglasses and go as Jake Blues.

Be John Cleese! All you need is a bowler hat, a suitcase, and several varieties of silly walks.

Do they have a lot of pumpkins readily available in Lugoj? The candy-jar sounds like a good idea, (though I always failed miserably at those things). And everybody secretly loves an excuse to wear a costume to school, no matter how old they are. Take pictures! :)

DUDE! How about a translation? Make it an extra-credit assignment for a team of students.
